Outpatient Services

OT & Me provides pediatric outpatient services 
in person and via telehealth.


​Since February 2019, OT & Me has provided neurodiversity affirming pediatric occupational therapy services throughout Dauphin, Cumberland, Perry, Lancaster, and Lebanon counties. We serve children from birth to age 21. Additionally we recognize that OT related needs do not end at age 21. We do offer OT services for neurodiverse adults as well.

Our process begins with a comprehensive  therapy evaluation. Treatment sessions are offered based on the results of the evaluation by our skilled therapists. Additionally we offer other supportive services to assist your family in meeting your child's needs. Neurodiversity affirming parent coaching is also available!

Supportive Services

Parent/ Caregiver Training

Parent/caregiver training is offered to current clients to compliment the outpatient services your child is already receiving. 

Parent/ caregiver training is also offered as a stand alone service. 

Sometimes helping families navigate the unique challenges they are facing requires time devoted to conversations and training without the child present. This allows us to work through emotions, develop a plan, and help your family support your child's growth and development. 

Team Collaboration

We are happy to work with all of the people who support your child and family. 

We participate in meetings and collaboration with the professionals in your child's life through virtual platforms as well as using our office space for in person meetings. 

The best path to progress for your child, is for everyone to work together and be on the same page. 

Professional Training

Our skilled therapists offer training services to teach your group about topics related to our role as therapy professionals. 

We can cover topics ranging from neurodiversity affirming care and sensory processing to motor skills and life skills such as potty training and feeding. 

Training services are offered in your location, virtually, or at our clinic.​

School Based Services

OT & Me also offers school based occupational and speech therapy services. We partner with School districts to meet the needs of their students, staff, and schools. Our therapists provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to meet your school's needs. Our OT services are individualized to best serve each child. This includes participation in the full MTSS, 504 and IEP processes. We also offer screenings, staff trainings, and Independent Educational Evaluations.

School-based occupational, physical and speech therapy practitioners support academic achievement and independence with functioning by promoting growth and participation within all school routines and settings. 

In these changing times, our therapists are experienced with teletherapy as well as face to face services.

Coaching gives you tools, insight, and emotional support to feel equipped, empowered, and in sync with your child. 

We offer virtual and in-person coaching sessions to empower you as a parent.
