Joanna Jacobs, BHS COTA/L

Owner/ director

Joanna Jacobs is a board certified and licensed occupational therapy assistant. She has been practicing for 15 years, having earned her occupational therapy degree and Bachelor’s in Health Sciences from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, New York. Joanna has vast experience working with children and their families.
Joanna opened OT & Me in early 2019.  OT & Me, LLC grew out of the need for more pediatric occupational therapy providers in the greater Harrisburg area. Joanna has a passion for looking at the whole child to make the best progress for the child and the family. Outside of work Joanna enjoys interior design, travel, and spending time with her family and pets.

Kelly Epps, MS OTR/L

Occupational Therapist

Kelly graduated from Elizabethtown College in 2018 with her masters and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy. She has experience in school based OT, outpatient pediatrics, and  in the In-Patient Rehabilitation Hospital setting. Kelly loves that OT is so versatile - you can work with any age and any diagnosis! Originally from New Jersey, she now lives in Lancaster County with her husband and cat. In her free time she loves to read, crochet, and travel. ​

Adriana Crutchman, OTR/L

Clinical Lead/ Occupational Therapist

Adriana graduated from West Virginia University where she completed her Bachelor's degree in Arts of Human Performance and Health in 2016 and her Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy in 2017. She has experience working in a variety of settings including pediatrics, acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient services, and skilled nursing facilities. Adriana is passionate about providing occupational therapy services to help children participate and become independent with daily activities. Adriana loves to think outside of the box when providing OT services. Her goal is always to make OT fun, make people smile, and to provide student specific treatment ideas when working towards specific goals.  Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, being outside, cooking, and playing with her dog, Riley.

Deborah E. Budash, OTR/L

Occupational Therapist

Ms. Budash has been an OT for a long time, having graduated from the OT Program at the University of Pittsburgh in 1990.  She joined OT & Me, LLC, in 2021 and provides as-needed OT services through telehealth technologies.  She possesses advanced degrees and is a faculty member in the OT Department at The University of Scranton.  She loves OT because the profession uplifts and empowers others to achieve their occupational goals despite obstacles.  When she isn’t in the virtual clinic or classroom, she enjoys being outdoors and various fitness activities, art journaling, and taking care of her home and beagle, Gino.

Madeline Waight, OTR/L

Occupational Therapist

Madeline is a PA Licensed and Registered Occupational Therapist who earned her Master of Occupational Therapy degree in 2020 from West Virginia University. When Madeline was a child, she received OT services for years after sustaining a traumatic brain injury. Ever since then, she has aspired to help other children the same way her past Occupational Therapists did for her. Madeline is very excited to work with new children and their caregivers and aim towards meeting goals, improving independence, and enhancing overall quality of life (through lots of fun and play!) Madeline has lived in the Pittsburgh area her whole life, and during her free time, she enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, watching college basketball, and hanging out with her family, friends, and little puppy named Charley!

Christina Patton, OTR/L

Occupational Therapist

Christina Patton graduated from the University of Saint Augustine in December of 2007 with a Master’s in Occupational Therapy. She has practiced in the pediatric field since January of 2008. From 2008 until 2015 Christina lived in Georgia working in pediatric outpatient clinics and providing pediatric home health for children from 3 months to 21 years old. In 2017, she moved to central Pennsylvania and started working in the school system providing in person and virtual therapy for students from pre-k up to 12th grade. Christina loves trying new activities and having fun during occupational therapy sessions. She loves that occupational therapy is diverse and a client driven service. When Christina is not working, she is enjoying her time with her two children or dreaming of being at the beach.

Caitlin Sasinoski

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Caitlin graduated from the Community College of Allegheny County in 2022 earning an Associate of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant. Since then, she has had experience in orthotics and school based Occupational Therapy. Caitlin’s goal is to always learn new and creative treatment ideas in the world of Occupational Therapy! In her free time, Caitlin enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.

Megan Luna

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Megan graduated from Pima Medical Institute in Albuquerque, NM. She loves working as an occupational therapy assistant because she has a passion for helping children be able to meet their highest potential. Megan loves being able to use her creativity to address goals in a fun way. She loves spending time with her family and working on her goal of visiting all 50 states.

Kelly Stewart

Occupational Therapist

Kelly graduated with a degree in occupational therapy from Towson University in 1986. After working with adults in hospital and rehabilitation settings, she began working with children and teens ranging from 3-21 years old. In 2016, she earned a master's degree in special education and later earned a graduate certification in assistive technology. Kelly loves working as an occupational therapist to help children develop skills they need in their daily lives. In addition, she loves working with family members, teachers and community members to support her students. For fun, Kelly enjoys spending time with family, swimming, hiking/walking, and playing the piano.

Alexa Pellarin

Occupational Therapist

Alexa graduated from West Virginia University where she completed my Bachelor's degree in Arts of Human Performance and Health in 2013 and her Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy in 2014. Alexa has experience working in the schools, outpatient pediatrics, and early intervention. Alexa is originally from West Virginia, but now resides in Pittsburgh with her husband, 2 children, & French bulldog Petunia. In her free time she loves traveling with her family, taking Peloton classes, shopping, & reading!
